These Terms govern your use of Forzel, a small-town community and marketplace platform operated at forzel.com. By creating an account or using Forzel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Forzel, and at least 18 to buy or sell in the marketplace. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal — do not share your account or let someone else use it.
Your account is identified by your mobile phone number. Keep it current. If you change numbers, update your account, or you may lose the ability to sign in.
Forzel uses text messages for account verification and sign-in only.

Forzel is a venue, not a party to your transactions. Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other. We do not inspect, guarantee, or take possession of listed items, and we do not process payments between users. Any sale, trade, or exchange is solely between the buyer and the seller.
You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to your transactions, including tax obligations. Meet safely, inspect items before paying, and use your judgment. Forzel is not liable for the conduct of any user or the condition of any item.
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Forzel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This license ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been shared with others or where we must retain it to comply with law.
You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it. We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor content and do not endorse it.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for Forzel or other users, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
Forzel is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forzel and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the service or any transaction with another user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forzel and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, your transactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Forzel after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Dakota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
